The following is a brief description of the capabilities, capacity, facilities, equipment and certifications for AGS’s main factory founded in Zhangqiu City, east of Jinan City (the capital of Shandong province). It is 38 kilometers from Jinan on the Jinan-Qingdao highway. To its west is the Jinan international airport, with convenient communication and transportation. Factory was founded in 1969, and covers an area of 29,640㎡ with 20,000㎡ workshops. Assets total $35.6 Million . The annual output can reach 2,500 T (about 1.2 million pieces).

Capabilities include: sand casting, permanent mold casting, low pressure die casting, die casting and shell mold & shell core-sand casting. They have a large compliment of casting equipment including roll sand mixer, hot-box core shooter, low pressure casting machine, molding machine and shot blasting machine. The machine shop operation can complete any parts to design specifications. The machine shop equipment includes lathes, drilling machines, plane milling machines, universal milling machines, CNC milling machines, etc. We recently finished construction of a new workshop covering an area of 28,000 m2.
Management and quality programs include ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 certification. Factory is a major supplier to Steyr (Weichai Power) supplying more than 80,000 Inlet Manifolds, Water Outlets and Cover Coolants annually. This series of automotive products were given the “A” level rating by “Weichai Power”.
Factory has import and export authority. International business includes exports to the USA, UK, Belgium, Sweden, etc. In the year of 2005 they began to provide products for APE and were recently rated as a prime supplier resulting in participation of a majority of their casting programs.
AGS can provide stocking and replenishment in Lawrenceburg, TN. We currently stock or provide product to Volvo, Freightliner, International, Argosy, Benz, Caterpillar, etc.
